Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from Capitol Coin Gallery, notify us within 7 days.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the shipping box if damaged.

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds approved by Capitol Coin Gallery will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Return Shipping Costs
